The Ultimate Club Sandwich

We’ve all heard of “everything but the kitchen sink,” but this sandwich is everything but the refrigerator! Have a foodie in your life? They’re going to love this exclusive club sandwich created by Chef Ralph Pagano for The Balancing Act!

Ingredients:

  • Three slices of your favorite Lewis Bake Shop Bread
  • Mayo or aioli
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Ham
  • Sprouts
  • Tomatoes
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Bacon
  • Turkey
  • Your favorite greens
  • Toothpick or sandwich skewer

Directions:

  1. Toast three slices of your favorite Lewis Bake Shop Bread (Chef Ralph is using 100% Whole Wheat) to your liking
  2. For the first layer spread a light layer of mayo or aioli then pile on the cheddar cheese, ham, sprouts and tomatoes
  3. For the second layer add hard boiled eggs, bacon and another slice of cheese
  4. For the third layer add turkey and your favorite greens
  5. Cut in half, and stick together with a toothpick or sandwich skewer
  6. Enjoy!
