Cheesy Mini Burgers

Perfect for a tailgating party or a get-together with friends, these flavorful Cheesy Mini Burgers on Lewis Bake Shop Party Sliders will be a hit!


  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 tbsp diced onions
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg Lewis Bake Shop 24pk Party Sliders
  • 12 slices of your favorite cheese (American, cheddar, pepper jack, etc.)
  • 24 pickle slices (optional)
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits (optional)

Butter Sauce Topping:

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp onion flakes
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees R. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Cook & stir together ground beef, diced onions and salt in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Remove from heat and drain & discard any excess grease from the skillet.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. Add ground beef and shredded cheese and stir until ground beef is thoroughly coated.
  4. Lay the bottoms of the Party Sliders on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Layer the sliced cheese on top of the bun bottoms. Then spread the ground beef mixture evenly across the cheese layer.
  6. Top with pickle slices and bacon bits, if desired, and place the tops of buns on top.
  7. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15 – 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Let cool for about 5 minutes before removing the aluminum foil, and serve warm.
