Cheesy Mini Burgers
Perfect for a tailgating party or a get-together with friends, these flavorful Cheesy Mini Burgers on Lewis Bake Shop Party Sliders will be a hit!
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 tbsp diced onions
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg Lewis Bake Shop 24pk Party Sliders
- 12 slices of your favorite cheese (American, cheddar, pepper jack, etc.)
- 24 pickle slices (optional)
- 1/2 cup bacon bits (optional)
Butter Sauce Topping:
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp onion flakes
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees R. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Cook & stir together ground beef, diced onions and salt in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Remove from heat and drain & discard any excess grease from the skillet.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. Add ground beef and shredded cheese and stir until ground beef is thoroughly coated.
- Lay the bottoms of the Party Sliders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Layer the sliced cheese on top of the bun bottoms. Then spread the ground beef mixture evenly across the cheese layer.
- Top with pickle slices and bacon bits, if desired, and place the tops of buns on top.
- Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15 – 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Let cool for about 5 minutes before removing the aluminum foil, and serve warm.
